Restoring life balance after divorce

A middle aged recently divorced man came for life coaching sessions with specific goals in mind. He wanted to review his life balance, and get motivated to move forward, rebuild his life and explore new challenges. During coaching sessions we identified key areas for action; to lose weight, take more exercise, and to consider a possible change of career. He felt life coaching sessions had helped him to identify what was important to him as well as supporting him as he committed himself to losing weight (successfully achieved) and his social life blossomed. He said “I can rely on Jane to remind me about my original goals and objectives and help me remain motivated to achieve them”.
