Apart from the possible pleasure in spending time relaxing there is a strong health benefit. Some people say they never relax, other people however busy are aware of the benefit of slotting relaxation time into their day. Even spending a few minutes of your time to smile at and laugh with other people encourages the release of the feel good hormone endorphins in to you body which can help you to feel relaxed.
