About Jane Shire

I am a graduate in Psychology from Royal Holloway University, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (qualified 2002) and a member of the International Coach Federation. I am also a qualified Family Mediator.

I am married with two grown-up children and during my working life spent many years working as a Theatre Sister in hospitals and later doing clinical trials for a leading health care company before training as a Health Visitor.

I have experienced first hand the challenges and joys of family life and balancing my own objectives with the needs of others close to me. I am committed to reaching out and grasping every day of my life and try to make the most of whatever comes along.
